Our zero-waste vegan dish washing block™ is a cleaning powerhouse with a rich, sudsy lather. Cuts stubborn grime and grease, without drying out your hands.
You can even use it for cleaning-duty all over your home. Take stains out of laundry, take labels off of jars, spot clean your carpet, use it to wipe down counters... it's a truly multipurpose product.
Each 6 oz bar or 21.5 oz bar of DISH BLOCK® dish soap concentrate goes a long way. (Due to the handmade nature of this product, bar sizes can vary)
The HUGE 22.5 oz bar is great for intense industrial use, like in a pottery studio, mechanic shop, or daycare center. In a home, it can last for years.
How to use: Scrape dishes to remove excess grease and food. Wet sponge, for plates, bowls and cups, and rub dish soap block to create suds. (Repeat as needed to refresh suds.) Wash items and rinse well. Works in warm or cold water. We prefer warm water for best results. For pots and pans, use a scrubber or scourer.
Pro kitchen tip: Use the same dish washing block™ suds to clean your sink when it gets dirty, this can be used on porcelain, stainless, stone and glass sinks safely. We have seen customers use it to clean dirty & stained oven top surfaces as well!
Please note: using a strong scourer exclusively on the block will wear it down faster than using a soft sponge.
Before I found the dish block I went through several other types of soap - including an olive oil dish soap that left a nasty film all over the sinks (brutal to clean). I use it with the marley’s dish sponge and it cleans so great. I don't fill the sink with water (I don't know the name for the method) but I wash the dishes and then rinse them. This soap is so great - I don't want to give you a review because more ppl will buy it and make it harder for me to get it 🤪 but it's honestly fantastic. I originally bought the really big block and it lasted about 4 or 5 months with constant dish washing (several people at home working from home). I've reordered a bunch and I'm also making a bundle as a gift for someone else. 10/10 recommend this if you're tired of trying weird @ss soaps that don't really clean.

Best dish soap ever!!
I love using the dish block soap…it cleans my dishes so well and it is so easy to use. It is especially handy when you only need to wash a few items. I take my cleaning brush, wet it, rub it on the block and clean, clean, clean. LOVE IT!!

Awesome product
It was strange at first to switch from regular dish soap to the block but I now love it! I use a microfibre kitchen cloth and it suds well and tackles dishes well! I also have found it works well to pretreat food stains for laundry purposes!

Goodbye plastic bottles FOREVER!
I love this block. It’s so easy to use. You just wet a sponge or scrubber and wipe it on the block and then use it to scrub the dish. It’s super fast and cleans great. I love knowing I’m not contributing more plastic to the landfill and that I’m using a chemical free option for my family.

Absolutely love this product! I have been using the same one for 8 months through this pandemic so it definitely stands the test of time! The only reason i didn’t give it five stars is I find it doesn’t sud as well as it could with a regular dish cloth, you have to find the right cloth to work with it making it not perfectly all-purpose.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery on new, unwashed, unused items in the original packaging. Items must be in the condiotion it was received, free of marks, perfume, odors or pet hair, etc. You MUST contact us prior to returning an item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Refunded items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Actual shipping costs (not the flat rate fee we charge) will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order exceeded the minimum for free shipping ($129) and the return drops the order below the minimum, the actual shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount.
We are happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size within 14 days but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and personal care goods. Clearance items or items discounted 30% or more are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges We can provide you with a store gift card (rather than a refund and waive the restock fee) and you can place a new order for the item that you would like.
Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus any shipping fees and restock fee) if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
