We respect your privacy and will never share, trade, or sell any personal information, unless required by law. Your personal information is kept confidential and only used for the purpose in which it was intended.
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 or free on orders over $129 in Canada. Orders in Canada are shipped via Canada Post, ICS, UPS, Fedex, Purolator or Canpar and are usually shipped from Ontario within 1-2 business days. The average delivery time is 1-7 business days (depending on where it is shipping to) once the order has been shipped and will include a tracking number and insurance coverage up to $100. Additional insurance can be purchased by request.
Lettermail shipping is available for very small, FLAT items. Please note this option does not include tracking or insurance, is at the buyers own risk, and also typically takes longer to arrive than a tracked parcel.
Local pickup is available in Pickering, Ontario. Simply choose the free local pickup option at checkout and we will arrange a contactless porch pick up
Orders in the Continental US will be charged a flat rate fee of $14.99 regardless of order amount. You will be responsible for any taxes, duties, or custom fees incurred.
*Please note that packages of excessive weight or to remote areas may be subject to additional shipping costs.
The flat rate and free shipping options cover up to a max of $25 actual shipping costs. Overages are the responsibility of the buyer.
At this time we only offer shipping within Canada and the US. Please note that some brands cannot be shipped outside of Canada including: JuJuBe, GroVia, bumGenius, Flip, Grimm's, Grapat, Oko Creations, Omaiki
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, has incorrect/missing address and is returned to sender the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping plus the cost to resend the package. If the order is cancelled a 10% restocking fee will apply on top of the shipping costs.
If your order contains an item that is listed as pre-order or back-order, your entire order will be held and ship together unless separate shipping is paid.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us!
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery on new, unwashed, unused items in the original packaging. Items must be in resellable condition, free of marks, odors or pet hair. You MUST contact us prior to returning an item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Refunded items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Actual shipping costs (not the flat rate fee we charge) will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order exceeded the minimum for free shipping ($129) and the return drops the order below the minimum, the actual shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount. Clearance items (items marked down 30% or more) are final sale.
We are happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size within 14 days but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 5% cancellation fee which helps cover our transaction costs.
Baby carriers are final sale as well as clearance items (items marked down 30% or more).
Sales and Coupon Codes
Sale prices and coupon codes generally exclude cloth diaper packages/bundles and cannot be combined with bulk discounts. Other exclusions may apply such as new and/or limited releases.
Most diaper bundles and packages are excluded from sales.
Orders and Payments
You can pay for your order online with PayPal, Credit Card or Email Money Transfer (in Canada). Please note that if payment is not received within 24 hours your order will be cancelled (local pick up excluded). If you prefer to place your order over the phone please call (905)767-5087. If you are local and picking up your order there is also an option to pay cash. If paying cash at pickup please be able to pick up your order within one week or if ordering during a sale period the order must be paid for before the sale pricing ends.
Warranties are generally handled directly by the manufacturer. If you need help getting in touch with the manufacturer please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
