1. Soak Soy Curls™
Place 1/2 of an 8 oz. bag of Soy Curls™ (approx. 2 1/2 cups) in a container large enough to cover with warm water and soak for 8-10 minutes to re-hydrate, then drain excess water.
2. Drain Soy Curls™
Drain excess water, and place in skillet
3. Season and lightly brown Soy Curls™
Add 2 Tbsp of your favorite seasoning & sautee until lightly browned.
4. Serve or add to your favorite dish!
Seasoned Soy Curls™ kept in a closed container in your fridge are ready for quick use in your favorite recipes.
