Kokoala Removable Zipper

This zipper means freedom in the winter! My little guy and I have been out for a few walks since it arrived. Great product, fast shipping.

I had an easy time deciding to purchase this and I'm glad I did! Ordering was simple, it shipped right away and I'm super happy with my experience ordering from Lil Monkey Cheeks!

I had done some research and found these at Lil' Monkey cheeks, as other places are hard to order from. The product itself is as expected, easy to use once you figure out what zipper you need (the company is helpful if you have questions). It is good quality. I had a hard time finding a good place to purchase the zippers from, but Lil' Monkey Cheeks made picking the zippers I wanted so easy (other stores were far more complicated). I got emails about the progress of my order and it was delivered quickly. When I got it I realized I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong one, and Renee made the super easy switch, and covered shipping the new product.

Overall, zippers and insert great, Renee is awesome!

I was under the impression by purchasing the removable zipper that I was getting what was in the picture and what I actually got was just the zipper with no middle piece of fabric. If you have have no knowledge of the other products you don't realize that this is only compatible with the jacket extender and this makes no mention that you need any other product! Not only did I have to pay shipping to my house but once I realized I needed to get a refund because the product is useless without the supporting jacket extender, they wanted me to pay shipping for the return which would have me paying approx. $20 in shipping for a $16 return. I am very dissatisfied with this company and product and wish they had a better description that was not misleading as I really thought that I found a nice warm place to carry my baby.
